Since graduating from the University of Kansas, School of Law in 1978, Dana has tried over 150 jury trials throughout both Kansas and Missouri in both state and federal court. His trial experience has benefited private individuals, businesses and insurance companies for nearly 30 years.

Dana’s knowledge of medical conditions and objective injuries provides him a unique ability to cross-examine medical experts and supply the jury with an honest assessment of the claims of an injured plaintiff.
