Mark graduated from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, School of Law in 1995. He has represented clients at the trial level as well as before State and Federal Courts of Appeals.

Prior to attending Law School, Mark gained 15 years of practical experience in private business. This practical experience has blended with his legal career to provide him with a unique perspective in representing individuals, business owners and insurance companies in both Missouri and Kansas.
