Todd C. Barrett graduated from UMKC Law School in 1992. He was a law clerk for the Honorable Gene R. Martin of the Jackson County Circuit Court prior to his retirement from the bench. Todd came to the law firm in 1995 and has been a shareholder since 2000. He has defended numerous insurance clients including several high exposure cases, and has tried over 25 jury trials including a Missouri top 10 defense verdict in both 2002 and 2003 while serving as second chair to lead trial counsel. He is also a frequent lecturer on UM and UIM issues in Missouri. He practices in both Missouri and Kansas, specializing in insurance defense. |
